I check on and could not get either of these from your site nor Microsoft site too. The offline installer requires download updates? These are full installers of Internet Explorer. Cheers thanks.. Yeah i installed the IE8 on Windows server , it tried to connect to the internet but at the end managed to complete the installation without the internet connection.
