I would have sworn this laptop was running but both Winver and Windows update assure me it is in fact running but I first got concerned about this when the 20H2 feature upate came due. Hello Flynn - do try the suggestion above from DaleHuhtala - worked for me. Windows seems to want to install 20H2 automatically without making changes to Device Manager but it's still saying can't get in Windows Update lol.
